The role:
Currently we are seeking a passionate Store Manager for our Burwood store to work a Tuesday to Saturday roster, offering a salary package of $56,940. To excel in this role, you must have a passion for exceptional customer service, driving sales and be excited about our products and brands.

What we are looking for:
To be considered you must have:
- Three (3) years previous store management experience
- Outstanding customer service
- Experience in rostering and controlling wages
- Ability to effectively lead, develop and succession plan a team
- Ability to confidently resolve conflict
- Previous accountability for stocktake and the ability to benchmark a stocktake
- An understanding of visual merchandising techniques and principals
- An appreciation and understanding of the youth market and youth culture
- Formal qualifications in Retail (Cert III or higher) is desirable, however not essential
