As part of a key strategic review this business is launching a new store profile and customer experience that will provide a new offering to consumers and deliver a cutting edge retail solution and further enhance a highly admired brand profile for quality and range of products and local service.
Description
As National Category & Promotions Manager you will report directly to the GM responsible for launching this new retail channel. You will work closely to devise strategy and execute business critical initiatives that will deliver a shopper-focused retail range and merchandising platform across a wide variety of categories with a small store format.
This position combines a wide array of retail skills, expertise and forward planning to ensure its launch is an absolute success. You will work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders to ensure cohesive engagement internally and externally. This role requires you to provide detailed analysis and market awareness of a range of products including pricing and promotional aspects as well as product launches and cutting edge retailing insights.

Profile
Needlesstosay, you will be a supermarket retail or category expert with a track-record of success in delivering optimal outcomes and measurable success. Your strategic planning, execution and delivery combined with your high level of retail insight and supermarket savviness will be first-class.

Salary commensurate with experience.
To $210,000 including super.
