This is an exciting full-time opportunity to join our friendly and dynamic team in our Stanmore location. Over the last 30 years, our Drinking Water Filtration company has earned an outstanding reputation in excellent customer service and we are looking for an enthusiastic individual possessing a strong commitment to customer service to continue our tradition. No two days are the same in this customer service role!
This position will suit a professional, well-presented and enthusiastic individual possessing a strong commitment to customer service and sales. You will primarily be looking after our wholesale and trade customers. Sales experience is preferable in this role with a demonstrated history of working to KPI's in a fast paced and varied environment.
As the successful applicant you will possess:
- A strong customer service background
- Be able to meet customer’s requests and enquiries
- Able to create and follow up on quotes and upsell
- Able to communicate with a broad demographic of customers
- Commitment and desire to achieve high levels of service quality
- Able to work independently and quickly find solutions to any problems that arise
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail whilst working to strict deadlines
- Organization and time management skills are paramount to this role
- Professional telephone manner with excellent communication
- Reliability
- Ability to use initiative
- Experience working in a busy team environment
- Professional, positive & flexible approach
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office suite
