About the role
As store manager you will have the responsibility of managing a small team in achieving sales targets, KPI goals as assigned, developing business growth and leading from the front in delivering exceptional customer service.
What you would be doing
The main things that you would be doing include:
- Maintaining and driving company values.
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Achieving set KPI's.
- Maintain outstanding store presentation and visual merchandising standard.
- Analyse sales figures
- Lead, recruit, train, motivate and coach a high performing team
- Report on business performance, sales and relevant issues
- Manage escalations from customers (feedback, complaints)
- Keep up to date on new products, services & industry trends
- Provide a positive and dynamic working environment.
