As the Store Manager of the Canberra showroom, this company will provide you with the opportunities to showcase your exceptional sales and leadership skill, with ongoing training and development opportunities, supportive upper management structure, and exception collections you will be able to take this store to the next level.
To be successful you will need to possess
• Retail Management experience of at least 4 years - Ideally in furniture, large goods or electrical
• Outstanding team leadership skills
• Be a driver of sales - you will want to work the floor with your team
• A strong attention to detail and meticulous care with your reporting and admin is essential in this consualative sales environment
• We want more than good customer service - we want you to treat them like a guest
• Excellent visual merchandising skills
• Proven ability to cope with the logistics that is involved in a store of this size.
