Are you an experienced multi-site Regional/Area Manager looking to join an organisation with growth and opportunity?

My client currently has an opportunity for an experienced and passionate leader to become the Area Manager for their clinics and retail stores based in Adelaide. Your current experience will show you have a minimum of 3 years multi-site management experience in a fast paced retail /professional services environment. 

Your primary objective will be to lead, guide and motivate teams within the region, that results in an outstanding service offering.

What do we need?

• A self-sufficient leader that needs minimal supervision but thrives on driving and achieving KPI’s and business objectives.
• Someone with a proven ability in achieving budgeted sales, margin and EBIT targets in a fast paced retail/professional services environment
• Loves creating strong morale and driving your team to support sales, profit and customer focus initiatives
• You will be both strategic and operational in your approach to profitability and business expansion
• Exceptional relationship building and decision-making skills with a down to business attitude that creates an environment for an effective team is paramount.
• Have the ability to negotiate and influence at all levels
• Have the ability to manage very diverse experience levels from professional services through to shop floor retail teams
• You must be extremely hands on in your approach

Fundamental to this role, is the need for you to possess strong attention to detail . You will be part of implementing a strong growth and integration strategy which includes driving new business initiatives.
