The Lionel St IGA is looking for an experienced Front End Supervisor for its busy store.
The Front End Supervisor will be required to promote and maintain an exceptional standard of customer service through personal example and direction whilst taking responsibility for the efficient and effective function of the service/checkout area of our store.
This hands on role will include supervising, inducting and training team members, maintaining high standards of stock presentation in the service/checkout area and serving customers as required. Experience with Lotto would be a bonus but is not required.
Our store is open 7 days a week and flexibility in the hours and shifts you can work (including evenings and weekends) is essential.
