We are currently have a great opportunity for an experienced or upcoming Field Team Manager to lead a team of Product Trainers across VIC representing a leading key client partner, Google.

About the role

As the Field Team Manager your role is pivotal in driving the strategic direction of the VIC Product Trainer team to ensure client requirements and key deliverables are exceeded. Therefore, your role will largely focus on coaching & training, fostering key internal and external relationships and managing reporting and operational aspects for the state.

To be considered for the role we are ideally looking for a collaborative Leader that can bring;

Previous experience in a people/team management role in either Retail or Field Marketing with the ability to identify team opportunity areas and build strategies to ensure high performance.
Experience facilitating training sessions in various forums and the ability to be able to train the trainer
Strong time and priority management skills
