Lear and Smith a divison of Rexel Holdings Australia is a major supplier to the electrical industry with branches in all States. A fantastic opportunity has become available for a highly motivated person to join our team as an Internal Sales expert in our Singelton Branch.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Consult - Communicate with our customers to ensure they walk away with their needs met
- Problem solve - Assess order requirements and provide quotes in a timely matter
- Relationships - Build and continue developing relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
- Team work - Work closely with your team by motivating and encouraging your team mates
- Develop - Assist in the development and implementation of new and improved strategies as implemented by your Branch Manager
Skills & Requirements
- Electrical wholesale experience
- An energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Must have Australian working rights
- The ability to adapt to different types of customers
- Communicate confidently and effectively ( through oral and written form)
- Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to negotiate with people at all levels
