We are seeking an exceptional Supervisor at our Warwick store, who is energetic, creative and looking to lead from the front. The role is perfect role for the leader who has experience in retail and willing to input their own ideas to grow and lead the store and team to success.
What you would be doing:
· Opening and Closing Store
· Merchandising of stock
· Unpacking Stock
· Customer Focus – Provide Exceptional Customer Service
· Drive sales with the ability to meet sales targets
· Maintain outstanding store presentation and visual merchandising standards
Who we’re looking for:
· Experience in Discount Variety Industry is preferred.
· Experience in Merchandising will look favourable.
· Experience in a managerial position.
· Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with customers with confidence.
· Ability to work in a team and solve problems.
· Strong financial acumen with the ability to drive sales and meet targets.
