We are looking for engaging, enthusiastic and experienced Internal Communications Specialists’ who are looking for their next opportunity, and who are interested in both short and long-term contracts. Successful candidates will be able to support teams in delivering key internal communications and media functions, be able to work in a collaborative environment, and have a can-do attitude. Working within a fast-paced agency, and having the ability to be able to hit the ground running is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Researching and writing company news for publication across various channel
- Supporting the delivery of employee engagement campaign
- Preparing operational and technical IT communication
- Supporting the Corporate Communications team to deliver high quality communications
- Support the production of in-house video, photography and other creative content
- Co-ordinating logistics for a national program of corporate events.
Skills
- Related tertiary qualification, preferably Communications/PR
- Strong understanding of internal communications principles
- Ability to take complex issues and translate them into messages that are relevant to the target audiences, delivered via appropriate channels, tools and tactics
- Customer focused attitude
- Strong, demonstrated written and oral skills
- Experience in using content management systems, writing and editing for the web and general website management
Previous internal and corporate communications is essential, and having the ability to work to strict deadlines and timeframes. The successful candidate will be immediately available, and interested in contract roles from 1 month up to 12 months!
