With this, an exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced CRM Manager to join the online team and shape the future of customer communications. You will manage 1 direct report and work across functionally with the digital, marketing and retail teams.

Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional CRM Manager that is looking to take ownership of the customer lifecycle strategy. The digital side of the business is growing, and aiming to capitalise on the already successful brand names.

Your main responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Oversee the development of cross-channel CRM strategies and drive sales through influencing customer behaviour;
  • Lead online marketing and digital engagement activities including Loyalty, Retention and Acquisition initiatives to support delivery of campaign, marketing and commercial objectives;
  • Lead the customer and CRM campaign insights and analytics to deliver new insights, segmentation, frameworks and analytics to support decision making and derive better return from spend;
  • Initiate, execute and analyse creative and promotional tests carried out via email and push notifications with a goal of engaging customers, driving repeat online orders and increasing ROI;
  • Perform post-campaign analysis on weekly/monthly as well as ad-hoc basis for internal and external stakeholders.

Profile

For success in this position you be able to:

  • Work closely with the digital team to derive actionable insights and analytics to optimise campaigns;
  • Lead online, digital and marketing engagement activities and optimisation to support delivery of campaign, marketing and commercial objectives;
  • Oversee the development and delivery of content marketing to build online engagement;
  • Manage the ongoing delivery and optimisation of the performance marketing program, including eDM and Social, in line with online objectives;
  • You will have good knowledge of the marketing technology landscape including experience in integrating marketing automation platforms;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
