Job Mission:

To increase brand awareness across the Australian and New Zealand markets
-
Develop and implement a marketing strategy for R.I.C. Publications to reach its growth and brand awareness targets.
-
To create engaging content for multiple audiences across multiple channels to maximise sales and exposure.

To grow the marketing team through training, development and performance management.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
-
Manage the local marketing team.

Work with the Group Marketing Manager to develop the marketing strategy for Australia and New Zealand

Manage the marketing budget for AU and NZ
-
Develop materials to support sales and business development.

Develop and report on KPIs.

Manage the back-to-school campaign
-
Work hand-in-hand with the Marketing Managers across the group to develop company strategies for product launches, catalogues, branding etc.

Work with the Sales and Marketing Manager to build demand through the indirect sales channel.

Develop strategies to drive brand awareness across the AU & NZ markets

Carrying out regular competitor and environment analysis, as well as brand positioning activities

Managing events, exhibitions and workshops
Requirements / Qualifications:
-
Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or associated discipline.

Minimum of 5 years' work experience within a marketing team with at least 12 months previous supervisory experience.

Strong analytical, organisation, communication and people skills required.

Ability to grow with the role, take on new challenges and be flexible to company requirements.

Motivated through team work and ability to work with teams across multiple markets.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, products and procedures.

Must be legally allowed to work in Australia.
