The Role
This unique and highly desired Head of Marketing role will see you serve as one of the company’s key executives, creating, implementing and reporting on all global marketing strategies. You will increase the value of the overall brand and product offerings, whilst managing and leading a marketing team of experts. You will create new strategies and work closely with the leadership team to develop campaigns and provide input into the strategic growth of the business. You will play a key role in increasing profitability and help to achieve the company’s global growth goals.

A natural leader, you will have the ability to motivate a team and develop and implement marketing strategy. You will understand current market trends and utilise your current network to build joint marketing campaigns locally and globally to increase brand awareness and performance. You will have strong strategic planning, communication, interpersonal, organizational and resource management skills whilst having the ability to engage with all levels of people, both internally and externally.
