Opportunity to join a leading real estate organisation as Digital marketing Manager. You will be responsible for all digital marketing activities across a range of channels.

Description
Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Build the digital brand strategy and implement website growth tactics, online profitability, customer experience and customer engagement;
- Develop the online presence by working closely with the content manager to drive a successful content strategy across Web, EDM, Social Media, SEO/SEM;
- Work with GM and online content team to help plan events and promotions with a focus on ROI;
- Manage digital budget and work with agencies across SEM, SEO, Display, Video, Data Analytics, Email and Conversion Rate Optimisation to increase acquisition, conversion and lead generation;
- Monitor and report on overall performance across all digital platforms.
Profile
The desired applicant will possess:
- Hands on experience across website and ecommerce platforms;
- Proven previous success driving CRM strategy & implementing effective direct communication across digital channels;
- Demonstrated understanding of SEM, SEO, Display, Video, Data Analytics, Email and Conversion Rate Optimisation best practices with experience working with agencies;
- Strong team leader able to work independently to drive projects as well as a good team player;
- Excellent stakeholder management skills;
- Analytical mindset with hands on experience working on Google Analytics.
