Due to business growth, we are on the lookout for an experienced Operations Manager to join a global lifestyle services company based in Collingwood. This role will see you lead a team of consultants as they liaise with executives, VIP’s, personalities, celebrities, CEO’s & persons of social standing.

Our ideal candidate will have had experience working within an operational management role before. You will have worked within a high end or luxury brand and feel right at liaising with high profile clients on a day to day basis. You will have lead teams before and headed up projects. You are methodical yet innovative in your approach and have an uncanny ability to quickly form solutions to problems as they arrive.

Key requirements

• Previous experience working within high-end, VIP or luxury services
• Experience leading teams in an operational or project management capacity
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills with outstanding attention to detail
• Strategic and methodical yet at the same time, agile and innovative in your approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A natural born leader - engaging, enthusiastic and motivating
• Good technical ability including experience using a major CRM such as Salesforce
