Your Role

As part of the Fundraising Group, your role will involve:

  • Applying best practice strategies in Direct Mail (DM) and Regular Giving (RG) to increase donor acquisition, improve donor retention and deliver budgeted income
  • Driving regular analysis and reporting to evaluate and monitor performance of RG and DM activity and inform future campaigns.
  • Managing suppliers to ensure high quality and timely delivery of campaigns
  • Liaising with creative agencies to produce promotional campaigns and appeals
  • Supervising and developing the skills and capacity of the Direct Marketing Coordinator

Your Capabilities

You will thrive as a Direct Marketing Lead if you:

  • have significant experience in building and implementing successful Direct Marketing and Regular Giving strategies and programs, preferably in a Not-For-Profit Agency or charity
  • have a proven ability in analysis-driven strategic development with a strong attention to detail
  • are experienced in developing and maintaining strong working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders in a complex environment
  • are skilled in the use of analytics, data and databases for Direct Marketing and Regular Giving campaigns
