An exciting opportunity exists for a Digital Marketing Analytics Manager to join the Just Group team.

Play a key role in the analysis and optimisation of digital marketing initiatives for iconic retail brands such as Just Jeans, Jacqui E, Jay Jays, Portmans, Peter Alexander, Dotti and Smiggle. Build data models to project the business benefit from new digital initiatives, and establish performance measures and KPIs.

This role offers a significant level of scope in influencing digital channel strategies for The Just Group with opportunity for growth and progression within the business.

In this role you will be responsible for, but not limited to;

  • Conducting end to end analysis of digital marketing channels and on site performance. In collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play an active role in delivering sales growth through the analysis and optimisation of our digital marketing channels.
  • Developing forecasts for online metrics, including sales, conversion and ATV to guide budgeting, resource planning and daily trading. You will take complex analytics problems and distil them into actionable insights for business stakeholders, clearly outlining the business value.
  • Optimising ecommerce reporting capabilities, including enhancements to existing platforms. You will own the tools used for ecommerce analysis, working with stakeholders across the business to ensure the continuity and ongoing improvement of digital marketing reporting.
  • Digital analytics projects, such as tag management, CMS platform upgrades and marketing automation.

To be successful in this role you will possess;

  • Degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related areas of study
  • Extensive experience in digital marketing and analytics, using tools such as Google Analytics or similar.
  • Strong Excel skills and proficient at producing custom reports using analytics software.
  • Experience with software languages such as SQL, Python and R preferred.
  • Willingness to take on diverse ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests involving multiple factors, with the ability to translate requests from non-data oriented resources
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing principles such as SEO, SEM, social media, remarketing, affiliates and EDM. We are seeking interest from both local and international specialists, with experience in commercially-focused retail environments.
