Your new role
You will be responsible for providing web and online marketing expertise within the Digital team. You will optimise and manage online marketing and campaign related activities across all digital channels to ensure ongoing effectiveness at all customer touch-points.
What you will need to succeed
You will be degree qualified in a field related to Technology, Marketing or Web Development and possess the following skills:
- A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience with proven history of web design and responsive web development.
- Advanced knowledge of web analytics and optimisation tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, Google Tag Manager).
- Strong knowledge of other reporting and analytical tools such as Otomisley, HotJar etc and their application to identify opportunities to improve digital channel experience.
- Experience managing PPC Campaigns via Google Adwords, Social Remarketing/Retargeting.
- Google Analytics and Adwords Certification/Training.
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles methodology and tools. Content related is required, and technical is preferred.
- Experience using Content Management and Email Marketing Systems.
- Well rounded understanding of Social Media channels.
- Experience preparing reports for management.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and trends and where appropriate review and recommend options for enhancing our digital suite.
- Basic HTML/CSS Skills and digital video and animation experience (desirable).
- Image editing using Adobe Photoshop (desirable).
- Experience devising and executing media strategy and coordinating social PPC campaigns and posts (desirable).
