Aston Carter have partnered with a leading bank in Melbourne to source an Insights and Analytics Manager to join their Contact Centre team in Melbourne on a permanent basis.
In this role, the incumbent will be the SME for insights and analytics as well as the point of contact in the Contact Centre responsible for excellence to lead a team of Business Analysts in sourcing operational performance through analytical activities including insights and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of business performance reporting and dashboards for the contact centre
- Provide actionable insights into BU performance
- Lead and direct a team of business analysts
- Cross-collaboration with external sites to enable the success of the contact centre through analysis, reporting, development improved speed and reliability.
- Goal to assist the contact centre to operate efficiently and achieve business goals
- Be a point of contact in the centre of excellence
- Lead the charge for cost-benefit analysis
Skills and Expertise:
- Experience in an analytics and insights capacity in a large setting, preferably in a contact centre environment.
- Strong SQL Experience
- Experience in cost-benefit analysis
- Understanding of analytical concepts and techniques.
- Working knowledge of data mining principles.
- Demonstrated experience in leading a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills and relationship building
