As a member of the Product & Marketing team, your role is simple it is the translation of our vision into actual code that will produce visual elements on our suite of websites. You will work with the Head of Product & Marketing to bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works. Ultimately, you should be able to create a functional and attractive digital environment for our company, ensuring great user experience.
OPPORTUNITY
Come help us build the next generation of online customer experience. The software and systems you build will ensure that we capture and relay our products clearly and in line with brand management. Further to this you will work closely with our Search Engine Team Lead to understand sophisticated correlation and traffic analysis and all other relevant data to optimize our marketing activities.
WHAT GREAT SKILLS YOU HAVE
- 2+ years of Javascript experience
- 2 + years of PHP, HTML and CSS Front End Development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Git
- Ability to give and receive feedback in a constructive manner
- Manage multiple projects with excellent organisational skills
- Wordpress theme modification experience
- Understanding of all major browsers and the special considerations required
- Aware of the interplay between JavaScript and HTML & CSS, and can dynamically build, modify, and style element on a page with ease.
- Able to communicate technical issues with non-technical users.
- Ability to multi-task and run tasks with varying priorities.
Education
- Technical degree or equivalent industry experience.
