Description
This is a Website Content Specialist role that begins as a 6 month contract with the intention of extending to a permanent role. The remuneration is dependent on experience and skill level.
The responsibilities for this role can be broken into:
Online Marketing Content:
- Brief creative & marketing content to assist with roll out of new responsive website template.
- Brief marketing content for the website in line with brand needs: home page assets, marketing banners throughout the website, website landing pages, non-product content pages.
- Understand promotional offers in line with marketing events/calendar and coordinate asset briefs and website publishing for the corresponding campaigns
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing messaging throughout the website and work with brand and digital team to roll out initiatives.
- Manage third party marketing messaging on the website (AfterPay/ZipPay)
- Ensure T&Cs for all promotions are accurate and listed online prior to promotion launch.
Non - Product Content Strategy Support
- Assist in project roll out of the content strategy comprising of video and text based content for the website and other channels (Youtube, Facebook, Instagram)
- Assist brand teams in reviewing non product content and providing recommendations for improvements
Profile
This Website Content Specialist opportunity that requires a digital savvy individual with the following skill set:
- Full Australian working rights
- Degree in Marketing, PR, Arts, Journalism or relevant qualification
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in relevant content roles
- Experience creating content for retail will be highly considered
- Experience in online content production and coordination
- Understanding of SEO
- Understanding of UX principals desirable
