Your New Role
As Brand and Marketing Manager, you will develop and enhance strategies to drive the Brand, the Marketing and the PR functions for this multi award-winning Real Estate group to the next level!!
Duties may include:
- Formulate and rollout the marketing plan for the business
- Produce agent marketing and support in strategy
- Oversee an offshore staff member who manages property marketing
- Plan and implement social media content
- Identify PR opportunities and distribute stories to media
- Ensure adherence across the business to brand guidelines and delivery deadlines
- Train incoming team members
- Communicate the marketing vision and purpose throughout the group
About You
- 3 years experience within marketing, brand or communications, preferred within Real Estate
- Proven ROI on campaigns & a strategic view on marketing
- Demonstrated capability in driving a brand to the next level
- Strong admin experience, a can do attitude and attention to detail
- Experience with MyDesktop and Campaign Track will be highly regarded
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
