Join one of Victoria’s oldest and most established companies providing vital health care equipment to hospitals and aged care facilities throughout the country.

This newly created role of Digital Media and Marketing Coordinator will prepare and maintain the voice and tone for the company’s internal and external communications. You will be a leader within the company and be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships across all areas of the business. You will also be customer focussed with the ability to speak with business owners and decision makers.

Your main areas of responsibility will include:

• Managing and maintaining the company website, including preparation of content and website theme.
• Preparing and managing the production of marketing material, social media, client surveys, and newsletters.
• Managing the company’s technical documentation register, assisting where capable with the preparation of technical documents and manuals.
• Overseeing the release of user and service manuals and training material.
• Assisting with tender submission.
• Managing and staging media releases.
• Coordinating and preparing advertising material.

As the successful candidate you will have:

• A Tertiary qualification in Marketing.
• At least 5 years’ experience in digital marketing within a Marketing environment
• Experience in marketing technical product (advantageous, not essential)
