About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Customer Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the management and development of both short and long term category activation plans and act as the key interface between brand marketing and sales teams to ensure brand strategies are aligned with commercial priorities and executed to achieve success in store.
Shopper metrics are at the heart of your activations and you will manage programs that deliver both internal and external category objectives. Charged with managing a budget across multiple brands you will deliver activation plans across multiple channels delivering activity in full, on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the strategic customer, trade and promotional activities that creates growth for both APB and our customers that jointly delivers on our financial objectives
- Work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing teams to identify, build and implement shopper and category growth solutions
- Build and develop strategic go to market channel and volume plans for the launch of NPD
- Develop customer engagement presentations and sales support tools
- Development and management of brand collateral; Permanent merchandise, promotional material and digital assets
- Brief and manage creative and print agencies
- Build our corporate brand and culture both externally and internally within the Asahi group making APB the employer of choice
About you
- Strong commercial acumen gained from exposure within an FMCG environment
- Budget management and an ability to interpret sales trends
- Strong data analysis skills and an ability to create and tell stories from data
- Exceptional relationship management, stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Project management fundamentals and an ability to work autonomously
- Tertiary qualification (Marketing or Business degree preferred)
