We are expanding our business services marketing team and have a newly created role for the services portfolio. As a Product Manager, you be responsible for working across business process services including outsourcing and digital transformation solutions.
 
This role will see you: 

* Define the product/services marketing strategy to deliver sustainable revenue and profitability
* Manage the portfolio, for new and/or existing products through problem identification, validation, market definition, competitive analysis and market trend analysis
* Define and lead the strategic product/services marketing plan including, collateral development, integrated communications plan to drive lead generation, growth & retention of customers
* Understand the market landscape and provide competitive analysis on competing propositions and technologies
* Develop Sales enablement tools and training for sales to execute on propositions

To be successful in your application we are looking for:

* Successful track record in product management, (ideally within the IT, software or technology industries)
* Minimum of 5+ years in a business services based organisation
* Demonstrable new product development experience
* Strong financial ROI strategic thinking and business acumen
* Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
* Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills
* Able to work effectively with cross functional teams to deliver on marketing initiatives
