This exciting, newly created role will be reporting to the Senior Manager, Group Brand, Digital & Marketing as part of a broader, Corporate Affairs team. Within this team you can expect a collaborative and supportive environment with the opportunity to have a voice and contribute in how we do things from a Global Marketing Communications perspective.

About the role
In this exciting new role, you’ll have the opportunity to lead the execution of GrainCorp’s global marketing communications strategy and supporting campaigns, while developing and implementing campaign and
communications strategies for future key projects and events, including:
  • Generating and publishing content including: videos, podcasts, grower engagement materials, harvest guides, branding material, advertisements and product brochures
  • Developing and evolving core brand assets
  • Taking a data-driven approach to marketing comms with the use of audience segmentation data to generate content
  • Editing, production and publishing skills (proficient in Adobe Creative suite)
  • Campaign management and execution, including media planning/buying
  • Editing, production & publication of content on internet/intranet as required
About your experience
You’ll possess an extensive background in Marketing Communications or Account Management ideally working within a well-known brand. Having confidence and the right tone of voice is paramount to the success of this position, as well as having:
  • Excellent written communication, editing, proofreading - journalistic/agency skillset
  • Demonstrated ability to assist in development and execution of an integrated marketing communications strategy
  • 5-8 years’ experience in Marketing Communications / Account Management roles
  • Ability to negotiate and successfully reach an outcome satisfactory to a number of stakeholders
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Communications
