We are looking for a high-performing Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and growth targets. You will lead our partnerships and offline customer acquisition strategy.

It’s a dynamic time in our industry as we move to an ‘open market’.  This means we need to build new channels and initiates to drive customer acquisition.

 

In this role, you will ideally use your existing connections or knowledge of the Disability Industry and or Employment services to:

  • Devise strategies that identify and builds partnership opportunities
  • Create offline pathways to access and engages new customers.
  • Develop efficient channel and referral processes that will advance our customer acquisition. 
  • Oversee local marketing activities

What you’ll bring…

  • Senior marketing experience – minimum of 7 years experience
  • Commercial acumen and spark to drive customer acquisition and strategy that delivers strong ROI
  • Proven success in establishing and managing acquisition partnerships, ideally within the disability industry
  • Proven experience in offline marketing
  • Experience in managing, motivating and developing a small team
  • Strong people and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to build strong working relationships
  • Proactiveness, high level of organisation, thoroughness and attention to detail
  • An ability to effectively prioritise and multi-task with a calmness under pressure
  • Effectively manage the pressures of a competitive market to achieve outcomes
