Clark Rubber is a well-known Australian retailer of foam, rubber, and pool products with 65 franchised stores across Australia.
Clark Rubber is looking for a self-motivated individual to join the Merchandise team as its Merchandise Promotions Coordinator. The position reports to the General Manager Merchandise and some of the key functions include:
- Coordinating catalogue promotional submissions;
- Preparing and coordinating catalogue briefs;
- Co-ordinating and overseeing the product data base for all advertising copy and imagery;
- Co-ordinating and overseeing the input and maintenance of all promotional activity the ERP system;
- Preparing promotional activity financial reports – pre and post activity;
- Coordinating supplier and store promotional confirmation advice, including reporting;
- Coordinating catalogue POS ticketing with the Visual Merchandise Team; and
- Providing general administrative support to the Merchandise team.
The successful candidate must have at least 3 years proven administration or promotional coordinator experience, preferably gained in a retail buying office environment. Excellent attention to detail, good written and verbal communication skills are a must. Not to mention the ability to multi task while maintaining a professional approach.
