Requirements:
1. Well developed communication abilities, with clear logical thinking and excellent implementation abilities;
2. Passionate personality and active thinking, with creative marketing strategies in line with the characteristics of the current time, and the abilities to promote our business;
3. Abilities of identifying problems and independently solving the problems;
4. Professional and friendly personal image;
5. Well developed writing skills;
6. Proficient in English and Chinese/Mandarin/Cantonese;
7. Experience of studying overseas and marketing background;
8. Holding or having applied for the Graduate (subclass 485) visa or permanent visa.

Duties：
1. Design and Develop marketing and operation plans, according to the business of the company and the policy regarding overseas students studying and migration to Australia;
2. Be involved in project development of products to be promoted onshore and offshore
3. Design and organize face to face events, including events in Chinese Community, and interactions with student groups；
4. Develop and maintain online marketing tools；
5. Analyse marketing information/data, follow up the effect of the promotion events, and write relevant reports；
6. Develop sales representative network onshore (start with Melbourne and extend to other cities), from candidates in schools as well as other potentials
7. Liaise with the sales reps to effectively promote AEMS services
8. Report regularly to supervisor/managers of progress and problems
9. Develop offshore network of sales rep, from schools (universities, colleges and high schools, government officials), to promote AEMS services and projects
10. Work closely with other staff in all offices
11. Assist consultants in relation to documentation and related activities, translations, file management and record keeping, communication with clients and other organizations, maintenance of office, mailing/email, and customer services.
12. Any other duties related to AEMS activities, especially the work related to marketing and business development
