The Company

As part of their continued focus on customer led product design they have an opportunity to be part of an exciting transformation project within their Retail Banking business
The Role
As Product Development Manager you will be responsible for leading strategy and execution to develop new product and customer propositions.
You will drive the go to market stretegy for an innovative new Credit Card offering working closely with Sales, Distribution, Marketing, Digital and Operations.
You will work closely with the Business Design Lead to ensure that product and service design and priorities are aligned to business objectives and lead engagement and drive decisions back to the business.
You will utilise key customer, competitor and market data to drive product development design and be able to develop commercial justifications for all changes and modifications.
This is a highly visible role as part of a key strategic project and will enable you to use your product development skills in a large scale Agile project.
The Person
To be successful you will be a highly experienced Product Development Manager with a proven ability to work with stakeholders in a large business to build a GTM strategy and deliver on time and on budget.
Your experience will include
- A minimum of 5-8 years' experience in Product Management and Development with experience in Banking and Finance- exposure to Credit Cards would be highly regarded
- Excellent commercial ability with the proven capacity to continually enhance and develop commercial business cases.
- Experience working as the Product Lead in an Agile environment would be highly regarded.
- Exceptional stakeholder leadership and engagement skills with the ability to lead and drive results in a large and complex environment.
