- Be an integral member of the Marketing Technology team
- Design and execute cross-channel customer journeys
What you get to do:
- Define, manage and implement all marketing automation and email campaigns using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform
- Work with the Acquisition and Customer Marketing teams to design, build, test, and deploy multi-channel customer journeys and triggered email campaigns
- Work with the Salesforce development team to ensure seamless Marketing, Sales, Service and Social Cloud integration
- Create automation entry points and email lists using SQL and multiple data sources
- Measure, analyse and report on campaign performance
About you:
- Commercially astute with strong analytical skills and the ability to convert data into insights
- Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email, Mobile, Social & Ad Studios, Journey Builder, Pardot), Salesforce CRM (Sales & Service Clouds), or similar marketing automation and CRM platforms
- Degree in IT, Marketing, Media, Business or a related discipline
- A smart, adaptable, self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and proactive, “can do” attitude – these are the traits that will see you make a massive success of this role
