Due to the company growth we are currently seeking an enthusiastic and passionate part time Marketing Manager to join our friendly team.
This is a newly created role to give a talented individual the opportunity to develop a marketing and communication strategy for the Clinica Lase brand, supported by and reporting directly into the operations manager & managing directors. We are seeking a motivated individual to lead, drive and implement a marketing and advertising strategy.
This person will be a self starter, confident in their skills and expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Developing the marketing strategy and calendar
- Implementing the calendar and reporting back on results
- Managing the marketing budget
- Building brand recognition and clinic clientele
- Identifying new marketing opportunities
- Developing and growing social media brand presence
- Managing our creative agency to develop all campaign material ensuring it is on-brand and delivered on time and in budget
- Development and implementing effective brand social media strategy
To be considered for this role you will:
- Have a min of 5 years experience in marketing, a marketing degree is also desirable
- Have strong people and communication skills
- Hold a strong understanding of social media and have experience in managing brand social media accounts
- Be able to demonstrate how your marketing knowledge and strategies have delivered strong growth results in previous roles
- Be a proactive person who enjoys working autonomously and using their initiative
- Enjoy thinking outside the square to drive business results
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be committed, trustworthy, efficient and well-presented
- Have advanced skills in MS Office and social media
- Have CRM experience (knowledge of Mail Chimp is an advantage
