About the role

Exciting opportunity to join the Omni Channel Delivery team, which aims to work cross-functionally with an integrated approach to design and deliver market leading communications, campaigns and solutions to our customers, supporting and driving business growth. ­­­­­

The purpose of this role is to develop, coordinate and execute on B2B and B2C strategic marketing initiatives as set by the Senior Marketing Manager and relevant areas of Strategic Marketing and Customer Experience.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities 

- Working as the SME for all strategic initiatives and ensure consistency of messaging and delivery across relevant licensee and business divisions including direct, digital, advice and corporate super.

- Developing and implementing a strategic initiative framework and process to enable streamlined execution, monitoring and maintenance across functions.

- Overseeing, measuring and reporting ROI for campaigns and marketing initiatives within the channel, drawing on group capability in data, analytics and reporting.

- Assisting the Senior Marketing Manager to ensure accurate marketing representation in G2M forums and ensures that Marketing is adhering to the G2M plan delivering status reports as required

Skills and experience

- Experience in campaign planning, measurement and reporting

- Exposure to B2B and B2C marketing

- Analysis of customer needs and marketing data and capabilities to create relevant solutions

- Experience in developing relevant marketing solutions within a financial advice or services context
