The Role
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing/Executive assistant to join the AECOM Team on a 9 month fixed term contract. In this role, you will work extremely closely with the Director of Client & Marketing, helping support the running of the team and marketing programs. The dual role is highly practical and delivery focused, focussed on providing assistance across marketing and administrative duties for AECOM’s ANZ Clients & Marketing director, as well as supporting the administrative needs of the ANZ HR Director.
Your dual responsibilities will include but not limited to;
- Provide efficient and effective administrative support to our Marketing and HR Director
- Manage booking and organising video and teleconferences, team briefings and client meetings
- Manage team meetings, conferences and events including international visitors
- Organising travel requirements and expenses.
- Manage the Onboarding of all new marketing team members
- Manage the national memberships and sponsorships register
- Manage the ANZ Brand Store including liaising with vendors, internal stakeholders and managing orders
- Manage the market intelligence report licensing and issuing
- Proactively maintain Marketing and Communications Ecosystem and ShareANZ pages
- Proactively contribute to the support of marketing programs and initiatives across the Australia and New Zealand region.
- Produce draft of monthly ANZ Marketing report
About You
- Strong administrative experience in a corporate environment. Business-to-business or professional services environment looked upon favourably.
- Experience working in marketing, HR or similar team
- Demonstrated ability to work with many levels of seniority in environments with pressing delivery schedules.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Demonstrated willingness to execute initiatives
