Job Placement Officer Illawarra
The primary role of the Job Placement Officer and Employment is to build business opportunities by networking, cold calling, advertising and any other means of building strong collaborative partnerships across our contracted employment regions. You will be able to develop a rapport with new clients and provide support that will continually improve the relationship. You will be required to grow and retain existing relationships by presenting new solutions and services to clients.
Requirements: Demonstrated ability to communicate and build rapport with candidates and employers; Good communication skills and work with a diverse range of people; Excellent computer skills; be results and target driven; Able to identify market trends and opportunities; Have a current drivers licence, relevant industry experience/ tertiary qualifications would be an advantage
