Marketing AssistantObjective
Support the marketing team to ensure operational efficiencies across all channels.
Reporting to: General Manager, Marketing
Responsibilities (key tasks and requirements of the role)
- Support the marketing team to ensure operational efficiencies across all channels
- Organise collateral for all events and arrange delivery of such
- Facilitate the logistics around our internal events and arranging the logistics around our webinars
- Prospect external sources for new data and reporting accordingly
- Support the merging of duplicate data where required
- Work as a conduit between Marketing and Product
- Analysis of NPS/Transactional Surveys
- Maintain activity monitor which records marketing activity data to allow for solid decision making
- Upload surveys on Survey Monkey and carrying out survey analysis where required
- Coordinate team tasks or reminders
- Manage invoices for budget sheet
- Manage our print supplier and deliveries to and from
- Manage marketing suppliers, deliveries and collateral stock levels
- Media monitoring and reporting
- Research and analyse market and customer information to identify opportunities and report such to the business
- Assist with the management of logistics for internal and external events
- Compilation and distribution of internal staff newsletter
- Assist with the management of client surveys and reporting of data
- Assist with invoice coding and reconciliation
- Assist with social media coordination and content creation as a responsibility

- Minimum 12 months relevant experience
- Relevant Marketing Degree or Diploma
- Understanding of social networking platforms and the relevant platforms segments
- Demonstrated basic knowledge of SEO principles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Demonstrated ability to analyse data at a basic level
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Passionate and willingness to learn
