Brandalism is a boutique content marketing agency that's going through an exciting growth spurt!
We’re looking for a Social Media Executive to help us accomplish even more growth by playing a supporting role across our latest social media projects.
Largely this role will cover content creation, social advert management, community management and will be integral to the success of our social media clients. In this role there is opportunity to learn client management skills and grow to become a leading team member within the agency.
Ideally you will have proven social media experience from working in-house on a national brand or have come from an agency background.
We’re looking for someone who has the confidence to deal with multiple stakeholders, is solutions-driven, has a love for social trends, a range of creative ideas when faced with social media challenges, can communicate ideas effectively, is deadline driven and truly gets what content marketing is all about – and most importantly, is passionate about the space!
You will be responsible for content production and social media managerial support across a large retail centre, a tech startup and one of the world’s leading brands in social media(!)
Alongside the General Manager and wider team you will work on the implementation of the wider strategy. This will be quite a dynamic and ever changing role (as is the nature of small business) and we’re looking for a pulls-socks-up-and-jumps-straight-in kind of person.
Specific desirables:
- Proven experience growing social media channels (examples needed)
- A solid understanding of social media and content marketing
- Relevant agency or client-side experience
- The ability to craft content from the perspective of several different personas
- Detail orientated
