The Berwick Motor Group is an award winning and locally owned network of new and used car dealerships located in the South Eastern suburbs. Our brands represent some of the most sought after vehicles in Australia.

A fantastic opportunity has recently become available for an all-round superstar to join us as our Marketing / Advertising Manager!

We’re looking for a hands on professional who enjoys analytics and commercial delivery just as much as ground breaking campaign development.

Creativity, curiosity, tenacity and a "can do" attitude are essentials in this fast paced, Automotive environment. You’ll be leading campaign development in an exciting category on many brands with strong growth.

This role will be reporting to the Dealer Principal of each site and the Chief Executive Officer so the ability to manage a diverse group of stakeholders is key as is the development and execution of all campaigns to achieve overall business KPI’s.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to:

• Have a minimum of 2 years marketing experience
• Demonstrate excellent planning and organisation skills
• Have experience in budgets and reporting
• Be computer savvy - Excel skills are essential
• Have fantastic time management
• Demonstrate strong relationship building skills
• Automotive experience highly regarded

We are looking for a marketing professional capable of working effectively in a stand-alone marketing role. You will have significant experience in Marketing, Sales, Commercial within the Retail Sector, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Telecommunications, Broadcasting and or any high energy, fast moving industry.

You will have a good understanding of the usage of new media in marketing, strong commercial acumen and analytical skills. A lot of energy will be required however in return you will be able to build something significant and enjoy a dynamic industry.

This is a full time position based in our Berwick dealership where no two days are the same!
