Our client is a Successful Private Boutique Development Company specialising in land development across South East Queensland. They are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join the team and drive Marketing strategies and Brand awareness.

You will focus on both company and brand marketing, in addition to specific project/development marketing to drive sales and brand awareness. 

To be successful in this position, you will have: 

• Property Marketing Experience
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy team environment
• Between 3-5 years marketing experience (property highly regarded)
• Confident & Assertive personality 
• A strong digital marketing focus and tech savvy approach
• Ability to prepare marketing and lead source data reports for Executive Management
• Strong financial acumen, including budget management and reconciliation
• Willingness to embrace and foster innovation and creativity
• Excellent written & verbal communication
• Well organised and able to confidently execute any task at hand

This is a great opportunity for someone who has worked in a similar position within a property company whether that be Residential Development, Retail, Commercial, Established Residential.
