As a Director, you will become an integral part of the team and will help the business drive forward by building strong client relationships. From proposal to presentation you will add value at each step and will not be afraid to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty.
With impeccable communications skills, a key to your success will be a first-class quantitative market research toolkit. Your focus will be on consumer strategy and insight development within the FMCG, Telco, Auto, Finance and Retail space.
About you – the ideal candidate
- An accomplished researcher: You have solid quantitative market research agency experience (+6years) & exposure to qual will be highly advantageous
- A Strategic thicker: You are sharp & inventive, strangling data into concise insights
- Client focused; You are a commercially savvy & develop strategies that add value to clients
- Hands on: You are equally comfortable getting stuck into data, as well as big-picture client management & storytelling
- A leader: You are an integral influence on the direction of the business & enjoying mentoring a team
- Passionate: You will be excited about research and introducing new ways of thinking
