EnerSys is the NYSE-listed global leader in battery-stored energy solutions and a leading provider of products and services to the power and telecommunications sectors. Due to ongoing growth, we are currently seeking a Sales  / Customer Support / Marketing Administrator to join our Enclosures division based in Thomastown. 

We design, manufacture, install and maintain prefabricated equipment, buildings, cabinets, switchboards, control panels, mobile deployment trailers and skids for clients in telecommunications, power, control and monitoring industries.  Our Enclosures division designs and manufactures the above products and our proprietary components from end to end. Specifically, the division is responsible for integrating all facets of the manufacture of products to ensure the engineering, design, electrical, procurement, planning, scheduling and assembly, produces designs to customer specifications.

Key responsibilities and challenges of the role include:

  • Ensure the efficient functioning of all e-commerce systems;
  • Maintain online platform images, banners and content;
  • Identify and resolve function issues on website;
  • Process orders through the online sales portal;
  • Compile reports on key statistical analytics;
  • Provide data on forecast needs, report on forecast vs. actual usage, analyse product sales and usage;
  • Provide backup support to other team members where required.

Ideally, we are looking for a recent Marketing Graduate proficient in e-commerce, is a team player with a 'can-do' attitude willing to take ownership of our new online store. Knowledge of shopping cart / e-commerce systems, you will be a confident communicator, energetic and comfortable being an autonomous worker. 

You will proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically in Excel and willing to take on a variety of tasks from answering incoming calls through to designing marketing campaigns.

The successful candidate will take on all key responsibilities with a passion for success! 

Training will be provided on specific in house systems. What is important is that the successful candidate will have strong people skills along with tertiary qualifications in a Sales and / or Marketing field.
