Your new company

Your new role
As the relationship manager you will work under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer and work collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver the business objectives of the foundation. In this position you will manage, build and retain client relationships within the for purpose sector by enhancing the Foundation’s support to Canberra’s local community in relation to the objectives. You will coordinate and implement various charitable initiates that benefit those supported organisations, as well as managing the grant allocation. You will conduct social research and deliver regular analysis reports on community impacts and outcomes. This position will require you to mentor key organisations around business development opportunities. Additionally you will plan the marketing and communications calendar with the CEO and be responsible for financial forecasting and budgetary planning.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in a similar position, with a strong understanding of the for purpose and social enterprise sector. You will be strategically minded and be able to identify opportunities that will have a significant community impact. You will have excellent written and oral communications skills and be able to confidently present to an audience on an ad-hoc basis. You will have previously demonstrated the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with a broader team.
