An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Commercial Partnerships Coordinator to join the Western Bulldogs.
Reporting to the Commercial Partnerships Manager, this role will be responsible for managing the administration of the Commercial Partnerships department by assisting with fulfilling the day to day requirements including the corporate database, ticketing and signage as well as third tier partners across the AFL, VFL, AFLW & VFLW.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the day to day duties of the department, as directed by the Chief Commercial Officer and/or the Commercial Partnerships Manager.
- Processing and tracking of client and supplier invoices in accordance with financial processes. Follow up any outstanding sponsorship related payments
- Organise and follow up any match day signage requirements
- Assist in the distribution of Game Tickets and Sponsorship package entitlements throughout the AFL season
- Manage & service a number of small portfolio of sponsorship accounts across AFL, VFL, AFLW & VFLW and provide support across the Commercial Partnerships team on larger partners.
- Establish and maintain strong professional working relationships with all key sponsor related stakeholders involved with the Club
- Regularly liaise with clients on day to day issues surrounding their sponsorship activity
- Proactively contribute to the winning of new sponsorship projects from existing and new clients
The successful candidate will ideally have 1-2 years experience in an administration or marketing role.
Attention to detail and strong organisation skills are essential. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are encouraged to apply.
