Your new company
Our client is a property development group, specialising in luxury residential apartments Australia wide. With 20 years in the industry they are looking for 2 marketing executives to join their team on permanent basis, located in the CBD.
Your new role
In the role of Marketing Executive you will be responsible for the end to end planning and execution of marketing activities across numerous development projects. You will measure and report of the performance of campaigns and marketing communications against budget and KPIs.
You will liaise with and manage external agencies and a variety stakeholders to ensure that project milestones are met. You will be tasked with the continuous improvement of the customer experience and maximising the sales pipeline.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have strong organisational skills and be able to manage traditional and digital marketing campaigns. You will have experience working alongside suppliers and creative agencies. You will be a team player with an ability to lead and drive a team.
You are creative and innovative in your approach with strong analytical and communication skills. You have experience managing campaigns across EDM and social media platforms as well as being an accomplished user of Google Analytics. Experience in property marketing is essential for this role.
