Marketing Assistant

• Assist in executing the strategic marketing plan.
• Implement, manage and develop our digital marketing channels and maintain website.
• Manage and optimise the effectiveness of our marketing collateral (including menu design)
• Organise & host existing events as well as design new ones.
• Database management
• Maintain and improve venue presentation to ensure that the brand identity is adhered to
• Determine feasibility for Brewery presence at festivals on site and around the country.
• Review and report on events performance

Criteria

• Experience behind the bar with POS & cash handling skills.
• Awesome customer service skills.
• Previous marketing experience and social media skills.
• Project management and events management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• An ability to meet personal and team targets and goals effectively.
• A strong administrative knowledge.
• High attention to detail.
• An ability to work well in a team environment
