We're looking for an experienced PA for 20 - 25 hours a week on the Gold Coast.
Are you a great communicator? Do you have experience with project management and scheduling? Can you anticipate problems and opportunities before they even arise? Did you have lots of client contact in previous roles? Do you love to create checklists procedures and systems? Are you really organized and can you make things happen?

You
You are emotionally intelligent. You have extensive PA/EA experience. You are great at taking ideas and strategies and putting systems and procedures in place.
You have an excellent writing ability, taking ideas and strategies to produce frameworks reports and proposals.
You are comfortable and up to date with technology, able to problem solve and automate as you go. Exceptional Word and Excel are essential.
You are great at time management and task management.
You communicate clearly and concisely and effectively and have a knack for making people feel good about themselves.
The Role
You will help maintain the scheduling and communications of the projects that come through our door.
You will coordinate the day to day communication, flow of work and commitments. You will assist with proposals, presentations, and client relationships. You will also assist in creating and maintaining solid contractor relations.
