About the role:

This role is wearing multiple hats. An estimating & graphics assistant will be invloved in the preparation, production and analysis of tender submissions and expressions of interests in the pursuit of securing new work and generating a good quality pipeline by calling and getting quotes. As part of your responsibilities you will:

  • Format, print and bind submissions to a high design standard.
  • Establish and manage Bid Action Plans for delivery of submission requirements.
  • Compile all documentation, proof and prepare tender submission for approval.
  • Maintain and update Bid & Strategy documentation/information database.
  • Support the Bid & Estimating team with coordination, administration.
  • Phone call management for gaining quotes form sub-contractors.
  • Draft and edit executive summaries as required.
  
What we are looking for?

In order to be considered for this role you will ideally be able to demonstrate:
  • Proficient/ Advanced use of Indesign and Photoshop- NEEDED.
  • Creativity, flair and imagination.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work to deadlines, well organised and a keen eye for detail.
  • Independent, innovative and lateral thinking skills.
  • Flexibility, adaptability and being able to proactively problem solve.
  • Interested in construction
