About the role:
Reporting directly to the Digital Marketing Manager, this position will support business objectives through achievement of marketing objectives, and the generation of online enquiry to ensure annual sales targets are hit. You will be responsible for coordinating digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels by working closely with our designers, developers and ad agencies.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage website content, microsites and landing pages
- Manage subscriptions and listings on real estate & retirement directories
- Coordinate advertising campaigns across search, social and display
- Improve advertising efficiency by AB testing, tagging & tracking creative
- Improve user experience and conversion rates on web pages by testing content and design
- Report on ROI and key success metrics
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards, keeping track of testing methodology and performance metrics
Ideal candidate:
- Bachelor Degree (Marketing, Communications or other related field)
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Result orientated with proven experience in attracting leads
- Analytical, and able to use data-driven insights to guide decisions and strategies
- Proficient with WordPress and Google Analytics
- A team player - strong in collaboration but able to work autonomously
