The Opportunity


As a result of continued growth, INTREC have an exceptional opportunity for an enthusiastic and friendly Office Coordinator to join their team in Artarmon. You can wear many hats in this role and take lead in covering marketing and events coordination, and general office administration.
The Office Coordinator will cover the following:

General Administration
  • Being the face of INTREC – the go to person.
  • Maintaining regular client contact and ensuring the office operations runs smoothly
  • Client and supplier communication by phone and email
  • Responsibility for the presentation of the office
  • Assisting the team for photography photos
  • Assistance in contract administration
  • General business and database administration
  • New ideas for how to make the office keep the buzz
  
Marketing & Events Coordination
  • Liaising with sales staff to ensure correct and up to date information across various media in the office and throughout internal intranet
  • Updating advertisements, website content and looking for opportunities to promote the business and listings
  • Liaising with head office regarding marketing strategies
  • Assisting with the planning and execution of customer events throughout the year
  • Regular email marketing to the client and lead database
  • Continually upskill in technical, leadership and management areas
  
Skills and Experience

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to deal effectively with team members, high net worth clients and contractual staff
  • Self-motivated, continually looking for opportunities and solutions
  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Previous experience in marketing and events management
  • Formal qualifications in business, marketing or events would be well regarded
 
What we are looking for?

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and English grammar skills
  • Proficiency using different social media platforms
  • Excellent organisation and time management
  • Demonstrated creative flare
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change and work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to tight deadlines
  • Ability to draw meaningful insights from complex information
  • Intermediate to advanced levels of Microsoft office suite, particularly PowerPoint
  • Adobe InDesign experience (Preferred but not essential)
  • Display determination, passion and drive towards all tasks
